Satellite Support Technicians help support churches and members using satellite equipment to participate in soul winning and church growth events. Technicians will learn the details of satellite operation and how to guide customers on the phone through installation and diagnosing of their equipment. Technicians also take orders for satellite equipment sold by AIM and help in many ways in the Fulfillment Center at AIM. Occasional evening and weekend work is required to support live satellite broadcasts. Satellite Techs also receive training as CSRs and help with a shift each Sunday and other busy times.
